What we've found so far: Heliocare's Fernblock (Polypodium leucotomos extract) is clinically studied to provide an SPF 3-7 equivalent for ~4 hours per dose, with biopsy-confirmed reductions in sunburn cells and UV-induced DNA damage markers.
